Pros
Fast Paced, Entrepreneurial company. Excellent brands with growth in the double digits for the past three years!
Cons
Parent Company, SC Johnson, is rolling all operations to Racine, WI as of June 30, 2014.

Pros
Caldrea had a good company culture, good work/life balance, very little company heirarchy or office politics. There were also a number of company events that were fun, though the forced participation in the talent show amused only the company's senior leaders, not most of the employees. Overall, a good place to work.
Cons
Because the organization was so flat, there were few promotion opportunities for more senior people. most managers reported directly to the CEO, so if your intention is to climb the ladder, this is probably not the right place for you.
