The pay is decent compared to the market rates. Work from home is also an option. The benefits are okay. 401k is capped at 3% for employer match.
Cons
Unable to advance unless you buy into the favoritism. They would rather keep you in a box if you're hard working and get things done efficiently and effectively. Meanwhile those who shuffle their work on others and is best buds with management get promoted. Additionally, contacting HR is a joke. Instead of listening to your concern they are quick to dismiss it and never follow up with you like they say they would. Instead of carefully listening to you, they are quick to try to find fault with you. Additionally, things that are supposed to be confidential somehow makes its way to others who had nothing to do with the situation. Lastly, Production Retail can do no wrong and is treated golden. There's a lot of rude senior managers within that organization that is so quick to snap at you for things even if the issue was at no fault of your own but rather a user error on their part. A simple apology and toning down the attitude would be nice!
