    There are always downsides, but a job is a job and people won't get anywhere without being at the bottom of the food chain.

    Listen to your staff, and ensure they're fully trained in all aspects of what you're asking of them.

    Depending on positions they offer benefits, pto, free membership, discounts on specialty certifications.

    Cons

    Long hours, low pay, sacrificed holidays weekends and sleep.

    Advice to Management

    Attempt to create the same "family" emphasis with employees as you do with your customers. We are expected to grind day in and day out and the reward for working hard is a constant fear of being fired.
