    Pros

    Amazing company!! Culture unlike any other, the CEO GJ is very friendly, knows your name and never has his head in the clouds. So many fun events at the RSC and give back opportunities for the community.

    Cons

    Only con would be advancement, may take longer unless you have the right push from your department head.

    I have been working at California Pizza Kitchen full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    They are very flexible with hours. Being a student I have never had a time where I have not been able to have my ability as such that I could not be at school.

    Cons

    They keep raising the menu prices which sometimes makes guests dissatisfied.

    Encourage individuality (tattoos, piercings, hairstyles)
    Youthful coworkers if you're a server.
    Delicious food.
    Flexible scheduling.

    Cons

    Attracts tourists (bad tippers) and older people (demanding, bad tippers).
    Forced to promote the Rewards Program.
    Food still expensive even with 50% employee discount.
    Business fluctuates dramatically during the year.

    Paid vacation. Company itself has a good culture.

    Cons

    No life balance. Expected to work 50+ hours a week. No weekends off. Can request for special occasions only.
