    Had a lot of great co-workers and amazing managers. The company strives to deliver excellent service and it's a great way to learn efficient communication and customer service skills

    Some employees would be overly dramatic and lazy, but you'll find that in any restaurant.

    I enjoyed working with most of my co-workers and had some good managers that made things go smoothly

    Cons

    Management never gave me my shot to become a server after being promised I would be given the opportunity, some managers weren't as nice and had favorites.

    Depending on how busy your store is, you can make good money.
    Side work is easy if you manage your time well.
    Time goes by quick and you can have a great shift with right management on floor.
    Food is yummy!

    Cons

    Slow days = no money
    sometimes management makes too many exceptions to food modifications for guests, can make orders complicated and communication of information to guests complicated.
