I have been working at California State University, Northridge part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are consistent small raises here and there, and you can go wrong with great people to work with! They really treat employees with respect and know how important we all are.

    Cons

Only allowed 20 hours a week while a student, so having enough money can sometimes be difficult. Also only paid 1 time a month can be difficult to manage, though you get used to it.

    Advice to Management

I am not really acquainted with higher management, so maybe getting to know who my higher ups are more would be nice.
