    It is like a small town in itself where we meet different types of people with diverse communities.

    Cons

    One year waiting till you become a regular employee

    Advice to Management

    Should definitely take experience into consideration and give a chance to prove. Should give an opportunity for an emergency hire to be considered as a full time regular employee.

    I worked at California State University, Northridge part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I loved working at Student Marketing and Communications on the Cal State Northridge campus because I got to meet and work with some May different people in various fields out side of my own. The was always a great atmosphere with a great group of people to work with.

    Cons

    There really where no cons, I worked on all sorts of different projects with amazing people and I enjoyed going to work every single day.
