    Pros

People were not very friendly. They didn't have anything to do with the job I did. The job actually found me and had me setup through this company.. I don't really know how their system works when they find you a job.

    Cons

People were unfriendly. Pay was unreliable and difficult to get at times.

    Advice to Management

    Just be nicer.

I worked at Caliper full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed working for Caliper. I started as a contract employee managing staffing for a client. Grew the facility to 3 shifts from ground zero. The support needed to do my job from corporate was excellent and relatively immediate. I was offered a full time position with Caliper, that I accepted, and found the benefits to be acceptable including the accrual system for paid time off. Had circumstances been dofferent, I would most likely still be there, however the client unionized and eliminated contract employee usage. And also my position. Growth potential was extremely limited but had circumstances been different, perhaps that would not have been the case.

    Cons

Growth potential was limited. Pay was under the area median, benefits were ok. No marketing give-aways available to get our name out there.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time in the field with your remote employees. You never know what knowledge he or she possesses that might benefit the organization or open doors for growth in additional territories if you don't spend more time with them, getting to know them, observing their leadership style and future potential.
