    I love the detailed questions and I like the assignments.

    Cons

    I think that you should be allowed to ad lib some situations because if not an evaluation can not be done for all things given to the mystery shopper.

    Advice to Management

    I think they are doing a great job because I am sure they have a full load to deal with from the client to the personnel

    Pros

    easy work, work from home

    Cons

    slow or no communication. I have completed several calls and have not received a payment and it has been close to 14 days. They say you will be paid 7 days from the time you complete your assignments. I did have en error on my evaluation but this was not communicated to me until well after seven days after submission. I’m not sure if they have just had a surge in new contractors, but I have not had as positive an experience as some of the other reviewers here.

    Advice to Management

    be more attentive to your contractors, especially those new to your system. Either that or hire more people to help if you can’t keep up with everyone.

    Pros

    Working for Call Center Quality Assurance is very enjoyable, because I can fit the work into my schedule and the work is interesting. If you have a problem, they get back to you quickly. They also paid me on time, which is a plus! I am a new worker.

    Cons

    I wish they could send me more work, but they don't seem to have too much available right now! I hope that changes soon.

    Advice to Management

    Please try to secure more work for your online mystery shoppers.

    Pros

    This is awesome work for someone like me. I am a stay-at-home mom and this allows me to earn extra money working from home. Making calls is easy and fun, calls usually last between 5-10 minutes. Payment is fast! Way faster then other similar companies I have worked for (which take up to 30 days minimum to issue payment). And if there is any issues with my evaluations or payment, there is always someone there to help me to resolve them in a timely manner. I LOVE THIS WORK! I would recommend anyone on the fence to give it a shot! If you do the work, CORRECTLY, you WILL get paid!

    Like everyone else that has done this and love it, I wish I could do this more! :)

    Keep up the great work! Give Lisa a raise! She is AWESOME!! :)

    Work was supposed to genuine

    Cons

    I never received payment. I see I'm not the only one who had this problem based on other reviews.

    Advice to Management

    I made the calls, submitted the results in a timely manner. YOU, wasted and exploited MY time - valuable time I could have invested making money I so desperately needed. My advice? Self destruct.

    You get paid through Paypal, its on your own time, and it;s fun!

    Cons

    It's not a part time or full time job. They only send you calls as they become available which can take weeks.

    Advice to Management

    Make more calls available so that people can make this a part time or full time job. The flexibility and pay rate is awesome.
