    Assignments are clear and process is simple to follow. Got paid within a week

    Cons

    No new work has been assigned just have to wait it out.

    Advice to Management

    Please get a larger work base for those willing to do the work. I am new but only received 3 assignments and now waiting with no idea when more will come in.

    I have been working at Call Center Quality Assurance part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I signed as an independent contractor with Call Center QA last week, completed my first assignment in about an hour and received my first payment today. These are truly easy, straight forward assignments.

    Cons

    My only complaint would be they need a larger customer base so the shoppers can have more work

    Advice to Management

    Please, please, please locate a larger clientele to afford larger income for your company as well as for your shoppers

    Quick, easy money if you apply yourself. I was paid within 7 days which is great The staff is straightforward with what they need from you, and they respond to emails within a timely manner.

    Cons

    Don’t have an ample amount of work for you, but they are upfront about this from the start.

    Easy, quick money if you apply yourself! They pay you within 7 days which is great too. The staff is straightforward with what they need from you so there isn’t any confusion on what the job entails. Additionally, management respond back quickly if you have any questions!

    Cons

    They don’t have an ample amount of work for you. However, this company is upfront about this from the start!

    Signed up from craigslist. Did one sample call. Got approved immediately and Lisa sent a call list that I god paid on in a week!!! Looking forward to working further with call center QA
