Pros

There are no good things I can say about call experts. It’s like being in middle school again. The “executive team” is a joke, no one wants to actually do their jobs and they will steal your ideas.

Cons

Everything is terrible. You spend days, weeks or even months building relationships with your clients in order to sell them on the services but they can’t even retain the most simple of accounts. They don’t read the salespersons notes in the clients account which give detailed information about what the client is wanting. They don’t take any accountability when the clients naturally to ask why their calls are being lost or told the wrong information, which causes the clients to cancel their accounts. So the accounts get cancelled faster than you can sell them and you are essentially forced to lie to the clients because you can’t trust your team to deliver the services that you sold them. The only way to work here is if you have no morals or values and you can sleep at night after lying to your clients. I couldn’t do it!

Pros

I have been with the company for 6 years. They have been very flexible to my needs as a manager and a parent. They have have given me back every bit that I have ever put into my work and responsibilities. They gave me a chance with little to no experience and allowed me to show them what I had. Whenever I had an issue or didn't understand it there were several doors that I could knock on until I got an understanding and that's appreciated!

Cons

Communication amongst those in management can be a bit better.

Pros

They are very helpful in finding your place at the job. I recently returned back to my job with Call experts. This is another example of how they are very open and understanding. I look forward to growing with this company.

Cons

Takes some time to get insurance.
