    Pros

dynamic company worldwide brand recognition competitive compensation decent benefits - although they are getting more expensive every year

    Cons

company products are high end and sales can be affected greatly by available disposable income and the economy work - life balance can be challenging in some departments (i.e IT, logistics and Sales)

    Advice to Management

Continue to acquire products/companies that will help weather the volatile golf industry

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Callaway Golf full-time

    Pros

Overall, very good people and fun atmosphere to work in. Great training programs and if you land a good manager, they're often a great manager.

    Cons

It's a boys club, very male dominant industry so it's natural that it trickles down to corporate. Difficult to move up as it's a smaller company so not alot of room to move around.

    Advice to Management

Diversify the workforce, more women, diversity and non golfers.

I worked at Callaway Golf full-time for more than 10 years

      Pros

Products are good and the brand has status

      Cons

As far as sales position goes - Products are launched too frequently. Selling model is riddled with cascading prices and customers just keep getting robbed of margins then stuck with old products. If they send back when new products are reintroduced, which most do, it’s just a wash dollar wise and you make very little commission. But if you don’t get that new product placed - you’re history. Customers are constantly...

      Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing - you’ll eventually implode, crash and burn.
