I have been working at Callaway Golf full-time

    Pros

Work-life balance. Ability to grow and contribute. Healthy work environment. Good year end bonuses.

    Cons

Sports industry. No government contracts/inelastic commodities, so the industry doesn’t always pay top dollar. It uses other incentives to make up for lack of base pay.

SKUs have quintupled over the last 8 years, yet revenues / profitability have dropped below levels where SKUs, company-wide were 1/5 of what they are now. Why are these individuals still running the major international market sales companies?

I worked at Callaway Golf for more than a year

      Pros

Great industry, fascinating products, friendly & down to earth teams

      Cons

Incredibly technology and product engineering but a little antiquated in terms of processes, planning and little/no customer insight.
