    Pros

    Good pay and good people.

    Cons

    Pros

nice city and office is in prime location

    Cons

no project management team, no proper organizational structure.
you will endup in explaining the technology in the air, no proper infra no proper tools , no professionalism when communicating at work, your credibility will be stolen, someone else will be given credibility for your work, no future plans.

    Advice to Management

know your employees not their managers.

    Pros

Many of the people you will work with are good to excellent at what they do.

    Cons

You may find the work-life balance to be lacking if you are a high achiever.

    Advice to Management

Obviously this is a time where much will be changing in the future, but hopefully that will include more hands on deck to share the workload when things get stressful for those on the front lines delivering for the clients.

I have been working at CallidusCloud full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Mature products, proven scalability, deep domain expertise and dominant in the Enterprise space.
    - Fast paced, moves faster and more aggressively than supposedly nimble startups.
    - Good brand and reputation, customers genuinely like and value the solutions.
    - Great benefits - 401k matching; medical plans with broader coverage and low out-of-pocket cost; unlimited time off policy.
    - Rapid growth means lots of opportunities to grow a career by taking over new responsibilities or move to another area.

    Cons

    - Not for the faint of heart. Rapid execution means constant adjustments and operating under uncertainty, making decisions quickly and acting on them immediately. If you like to plan in detail your every move months in advance, CallidusCloud is going to feel like a tornado to you.
    - It is a work hard, play hard kind of place. If you want a relaxing and easy gig and cruising in your job, this is not your place.

    Advice to Management

Maintain your culture, preserve sense of urgency, continue international expansion.

I have been working at CallidusCloud full-time

    Pros

    Donuts and bagels.
A handful of equally bright and emotionally intelligent people. The rest are condescending and unprofessional.

    Cons

Every company has its fair share of bad apples (managers as well as employees) so we're not here to talk about that. We're talking about the surprisingly old school, hierarchical, and political environment at Callidus. It's bad for business to be as hierarchical as they are at this size, specifically in the Bay Area. Some of their leaders are unqualified, entitled prima donna's - it's quite comical! It's clear that people/talent is not Callidus' top priority, which means they do not stand a chance in the Bay Area. Most teams are led by fear and that's sad to say in 2018. If you're looking for a place for autonomy, transparency, and impact, this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

None, since they are known for rejecting feedback.
