Pros
Beautiful community on the surface
Cons
I was on the Regional level. Realized in a few weeks that the upper management takes no accountability for the constant chaos, management and staff turnover with huge egos. It will never change as long as the same ones run the circus (previously Carillon, but hiding behind a new name). Don’t be fooled. They will start you in Durham for “training” for Durham or new locations. But in reality, you’re placed in Durham because everyone quits (including managers). You will quickly be handed many additional jobs to cover the understaffing and unhappy employees. The interviews are filled with lies and promises.

Residents are the best part of my day
Cons
This is a Carillon property. It is micromanaged from the top all the way down. There is now changing it. Key Management have left in droves - nobody is valued. Your not even a number on here stick. Feedback has been given for improvements and moral. She doesn't care. There are much better positions out there. They lie about commissions, work you to death, write policy to benefit them not you. If I could give a 0 I would. There is now work life balance. They don't care if you have a doctor appointment. Nobody stays 6 months. They quit or got fired. Save yourself the trouble.

They care about their residents.
