I worked at Cambridge Global full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There's a lot of opportunity to take on responsibility that you otherwise wouldn't have at such a junior level. You're also working with some of the top former government executives in the country. The topics are always interesting.

    Cons

Hard work, long hours, dealing with strong personalities. Most of the office is remote too, so you have minimal staff interaction, which can make it seem a bit isolating. The 24/7 nature of some of the employees requires you to set expectations early and often.

    Pros

Early and frequent exposure to high profile clients!

    Cons

Lack of structure. There is no real internship program. This is somewhat expected given that the company is still growing.
