I have been working at Cambridge Integrated Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pay and benefits were good

    Cons

The stress level of having to do 300 claims. Management expects you to do work at home at night and on the weekends.

    Advice to Management

    Less favoritism

I worked at Cambridge Integrated Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They will pay you as promised every other week and they do provide benefits, as any company should.

    Cons

People in charge making decisions are clueless and expect the stars and moon.
It is clearly not what you know but who you know.
Watch your back because things go on behind it and one day you get fired with a flimsy excuses. Even my state's unemployment office did not buy the reason for termination.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue. Your competitors are passing you on the left.

    Pros

small amont of employees in my building it is easy to get to know your superiors.

    Cons

benefits are horrible, they do not match 401k per our Senior vice president " they are not required to give us those types of benefits, nor does it state anywhere we would received a raise"

    Advice to Management

Put more into your employees so you can get more out of them,

    Pros

Salary is competitive for the industry. You receive challenging cases to work. Good office location, easy access.

    Cons

It is a white-collar sweatshop, a mill, a revolving door, a churn & burn. Unconscionable workloads, you are expected to work outrageous amounts of unpaid overtime. Stress level off the charts. Incompetent, unprofessional management. A salary freeze for the past year, little incentive to perform at high levels. No praise from management for a job well done. If not for the poor economy there would be a stampede out the door.

    Advice to Management

Either hire more staff or reduce workloads. More professional supervisors.
