    Pros

    Greg Dufour is a talented CEO with excellent leadership skills. He implemented an in-house mentorship program and I miss his weekly emails to the employee base covering goals and keeping everyone in the loop.

    Cons

    It's a publicly-traded bank, so you have to be fine with a conservative and slow moving culture.

    CNB is a well oiled machined with a strong marketing campaign. Technology platforms are great and employees work well together most of the time

    The company does not value work/life balance and has unrealistic expectations about workload.
