I worked at Camelback Toyota full-time

    Pros

Large operation of Toyota and Scion.

    Cons

Commission only. No training on how to make money at sales, just rudimentary about the sales process.

    Advice to Management

Assist in developing the passion of selling vehicles by educating on how to grow one's income and checkbook.

I have been working at Camelback Toyota full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great People who work there and the best car brand to sell.

    Cons

Not the best pay plan out there for car dealerships. They do these mass hiring events every so often and hire 20 or more people, which destroys the sales of the current employees.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on what you can do to bring business in and not hire a bunch of new people all the time thinking it will help.

  8. "They have a tremendous "customer service oriented team" with high ethics!"

I have been working at Camelback Toyota full-time

    Pros

Great atmosphere with patient and clear direction as to what the overall "mission statement" is.

    Cons

The only cons could be the amount of total hours on a daily basis and a compensated vacation allowance

    Advice to Management

None except keep doing what are doing now. Manage by "walking the halls"

    Pros

Fun environment, good pay, beautiful dealership.

    Cons

Horrible benefits, vacation time accrual is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Waiting 10 years to accrue 3 weeks of vacation is absolutely ridiculous.
