    People were amazing with high level of professionalism and expertise.

    Cons

    Schlumberger way of business is leading to a loss of culture and leadership that made Cameron successful enough to be acquired.

    Good pay Monday thru Friday with weekends off No mandatory overtime Unionized

    Cons

    Poor management and leadership. Rarely accepts responsibility for mistakes. Doesn't support employees to reach company goal and expects them to do it on there own. Absolutely no appreciation

    Good pay, benefits, people banding together in tough times

    Cons

    Over extended in work hours, life balance has eroded since Covid, to many furloughs, to many experienced people made redundant, inexperienced managers now lead, sign of the times and getting worse, work life balance not there since we were ordered to work from home, people think they can just txt, email call at all hours of the day, just ridiculous working environment, tough times in the oil industry it's not just at this company.

    Great opportunity for design experience. Terrible handling of employees.

    Opportunity to gain great experience through the TDP program. Plenty of training and guidance was provided to aid technical development.

    Cons

    Zero regard for employees lives outside of work. Lack of communication throughout management structure.
