    Pros

Cameron International has great facilities and employee resources. Working there was a pleasure and it was a rewarding experience overall.

    Cons

The city of Houston is a very different metropolotican area: it tends to be very hot and and you'll find that it isnt the most intellectual city in America.

    Advice to Management

Management at Cameron is well run and the leadership of the company does a very good job of making sure that its employees are responsible.

    Pros

Good atmosphere, work environment, and location. Management handles personnel with respect and trusts the employees to do their job. Laid back atmosphere that encourages hardworking employees to enjoy their job.

    Cons

In my experience, I have encountered no real cons at the facility that I worked at. I think there are normal everyday stresses of a job, but that comes with the nature of the work being done.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest that corporate try to be more involved with the employees of the company. I know it is hard because it's an international corporation, but I'm sure there is a way to do it.

    Pros

The projects assigned to me were challenging and actually benefited the company. Recieved exposure to many levels of upper-management. The benefits for full-timers are the best around and the internships are very competitive.

    Cons

While most interns had a fantastic experience, there were a few that were bored to death. Either their bosses were out of town a lot or their projects were more research-based.

    Advice to Management

Seems like a great place to work.

-Helpful people that are there to make you feel welcome and assist you in your development
-For this type of industry, the company is pretty forward thinking
    -Recognized and respected name
-Mobility throughout the company possible (as long as there is a need and you show that you can take on the task)
    -Good work life balance

    Cons

You mainly focus on one area and stay there for a while.

    Advice to Management

There is really not much to add here. Allow employees to learn more about other departments and encourage them to become more well rounded.
