    Wenig Überwachung durch die Manager, gute Bezahlung zumindest für technische Berufe, per Du mit dem Management

    Cons

    Männer oft bevorzugt, schwaches Management, lange Entscheidungswege, Projekte werden nicht immer zu Ende gedacht

    Entscheidungswege sind oft sehr lang, Mitarbeiter werden allein gelassen, da sich das Management drückt

    Nasty Place to work at, men employees working at plant tried to steal my car in the parking lot.

    Pros

    Colleagues are nice and helpful. Good work-life balance. Very focus on Safety. Not a stressful environment to work in. Compensation wise is very competitive compared to same or other industries.

    Cons

    Oil & Gas now in a bad shape, will take quite a while to recover. After acquired by SLB a lot of changes happened, SLB's culture is very different from Cameron.

    Advice to Management

    Think of how to retain good employees while going on for a few years without salary increase.

    I am good in using design softwares and will easily adapt to the situation and move with it.

    Cons

    Will take some time to understand and executing the concepts. I'm working on it to overcome.

    good benefits, nice coffee machine

    Cons

    worked for years and we haven't had any salary raise. too much work load but little appreciation from the management. too much politics and hypocrisy!

    Advice to Management

    Please send all your Team Lead, Supervisors and Managers to a Leadership and Management Courses, they all lack moral standards.

    Pros

    Good environment within colleagues (collaborative and friendly), free canteen for employees, quarterly meetings of management in order to show company performances to all employees

    Cons

    Management is poir and performance management in place was not implemented at all, no development for employees, no vision after Schlumberger acquisition

    Advice to Management

    New strategies needs to be but in place to retain talents, give to employees a clear vision on Group strategies

    Great benefits and I worked with great people at the branch

    Cons

    Schlumberger bought Cameron and they have so many policies and procedures its hard to get anything accomplished in a timely manner. They reduced labor that everyone that remained were overloaded without any kind of small compenstation
