    Pros

    Laid back atmosphere, managers were flexible

    Cons

    Our department was moved so we ended up with different managers. Everything changed after that. They made us feel like our department was not needed, and we were always afraid that we would all be laid off. Eventually we were.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest to the employees about their job security.
