    Pros

Very great atmosphere, as it is the art-studios. The kids excelled in learning there. There is a lot of space. Art supplies was issued by the Dean of Art, I believe. All I had to do, was make sure to teach the children good curriculum in the arts. They even had good snacks to pass out for the children on break time.

    Cons

None, that I can think of for now.

I have been working at Cameron University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people, student-centered university. Good benefits and vacation for full-time employees.

    Cons

Most employees are overworked and underpaid. State education funding keeps being cut, making it impossible to improve working conditions.

    Advice to Management

Instructor course loads are overwhelming, particularly for such low salary. However, state funding restricts progress, therefore, there is probably not much management can do to solve the major problems.
