      Great Company

      Pros

I personally enjoyed working for this company. They don't treat you like a "nobody", everyone in the management system from top to bottom works together.

      Cons

Nothing to really complain about. Descent pay and really good benefits. You may work long hours but it really pays off, this company really does take care and look after their employees.

Consider interviewing elsewhere. (Process Systems & Drilling Divisions Review)

Jun 16, 2013 - Finance in Houston, TX
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Good comprehensive benefits package. - Annual bonuses. Not great, but existent. - Salary is comparable to market, so brush up on your negotiation skills. You will get low-balled. - New for 2013: employees get 3 weeks vacation (>4 for tenured EEs). Employee retention strategy. - The people (if they're still there).

      Cons

      - Extremely high turnover in 2011-13 - unable to retain employees, esp. in the process division. - Inexperienced middle managers. - Subpar work life balance. Long hours/too much work that could be automated. - Work processes that change monthly. Lack of training and documentation to support. - Poor implementation of ERP system that does not fit the current business model. - Poor training which leads to poor job performance and job dissatisfaction (hence, the high turnover).

      Pros

Benefits are great. Company as a whole is great just not the Berwick Plant

      Cons

Management cant get their story straight. They give you the run around there are no reviews at 90 or 180 days. Long hours make up for the low pay. Have to always redo someone else work. Cant get parts and they sub out your work instead of giving raises or reviews for the ones that can do it.

      HOT MESS

      Jun 28, 2014 - Production
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Work is worthwhile; pay and benefits are good (3 weeks vacation 1st year).

      Cons

Managers either non communicative; or moody (never know what you will get); no clear design for training or promotion; some travel for training in Houston; others never get the chance; new employees often brought in at higher salary than more skilled/ experienced senior employees in the same job. LONG HOURS
