I have been working at Camp Bow Wow part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working with and caring for dogs (of course), and working with great people. Not to mention working for a boss who has the biggest heart, for her employees and every dog that comes through the door.

    Cons

    I can’t think of anything.

I worked at Camp Bow Wow for less than a year

    Pros

Working with dogs is great .

    Cons

They dont care about there employees the manger allows her husband to do what he pleases and mistreat employees. He can smoke marijuana and take hr lunches and leave when he pleases. They dont care if employees mistreat there dogs they throw them out side and slams doors in there face they dont watch the dogs which allows them to get into fights they allow the dogs to eat poop. The manger allows aggressive dogs to pass interview knowing we can be bit it is a liability to camp counselors and other dogs

I worked at Camp Bow Wow part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The dogs and working with my friends

    Cons

The pay is horrible.. I got 25 hours a week and was basically forced to work holidays. No benefits of any kind and all you do is stand in a yard all day. Management doesn’t care about the employees, that’s why the turn over rate is so high. If you’re interested in this job it’s best to be a high school student because if you’re looking for full time this is not the place!

I worked at Camp Bow Wow part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I loved all the dogs, and most of the staff was tolerable

    Cons

not enough team organization no one was ever on the same page or knew what was going on things didn't get done or corrected because of this it also caused altercations between dogs a few times (by people not communicating who could/couldn't be in yard together)
