I worked at Campbell Soup Company full-time

    Pros

Allowed creativity and innovative ideas to flow across several channels, and marketing the brands company own. Company invested in their employees with self growth and team engagement through the the year.

    Cons

Company lost structure with upper management which affected the layoff of thousands of emoloyees, I along with many 20+ year veterans were "let go" right before a major holiday and seemed like the company didn't care about our well-being.

    Advice to Management

Caring for your employees should be more important than your ego when you decided to make cutbacks and outsource divisions just to save you a penny and liability benefits for employment.

    Pros

Great company, good benefits, great people who are passionate about the company and the products produced. Love the diversity seen at Campbell's it is evident that Campbell's is truly serious about diversity and that includes minorities, disabled persons and LGBTQ persons as well.

Like any company there's a lot politics and old fashion approaches, too many fancy presentations about change in the organization that never seem to surface before we are on to the next "big" thing.
