Decent pay and benefit package. Most employees are friendly and helpful. The company offers comprehensive products and services.
Days off are not together. Management structure allows for individuals to create 'little fiefdoms' where individual low level managers can control policy outside of good business practices.
Advice to Management
To improve employee moral, off days should be paired. Single days off only allow employees to get away on vacation days. Also, leadership positions should be subject to employee review. There are situations where management deficiencies could be discovered and improved by tracking employee review items.
