I worked at Campus Crest part-time

    Pros

Good to work while in school and mostly flexible around busy test days.

    Cons

Not enough commission per lease signed unless there was specials corporate did as incentives. And clubhouse was open until 10pm which felt a bit unsafe to be closing at.

I worked at Campus Crest full-time

    Pros

Not much at the end they were spending money like crazy when everyone knew they were going under. I'm happy I was able to leave when I did.

    Cons

Uncertainty of what was going to happen next. Constant conference calls that left you more stressed about the future of the company than the last.

    Advice to Management

Don't work here. The properties are built poorly and no one is willing to put in the money to bring them up to par.

I worked at Campus Crest (More than a year)

    Pros

They provide lunch for the corporate office once a month, and had decent benefits.

    Cons

Everything else. The company is a mismanaged nightmare, as evidenced by their significant levels of turnover, including C-suite executives. They encourage and foster a culture of disrespect, disorganization, and a lack of discipline across all departments. Their executives have no concept of cost controls, while flying the corporate jet across the world as they please.

    Advice to Management

I would say resign, but their CEO and CFO were forced to due to poor performance.
