    There are no good reasons to work for CDS unless you like to be treated like crap

    Cons

    Bad pay, bad management, bad attitudes all around

    Get realistic expectations

    Flexible timings and better pay. Managers are very friendly. Employee benefits are also high.

    Can employ more people during busy hours.

    Pros

    It was very easy to get hours when needed. They made or simple to sub for other co-workers and get a little extra cash.

    Cons

    The working environment was harsh. The management staff constantly looked for reasons to belittle the employees.

    Advice to Management

    As I stated above my biggest complaint about management was their attitude. If this changes then the work environment will be better.

    Great Place to Enjoy and Work. Nice Managers and Union workers

    There hardly are any downsides unless it get very busy on a match-day like a basket ball / football match.

    Good way to interact and learn how to work with others.

    Cons

    The hours scheduled are very unpredictable. You may desire 20 hours and end up with 10 also little opportunity to work over semester breaks.

    Management is a mixed bag. Miscommunication is a hallmark for this company.

    Get a grip on the union. Their actions are counterproductive to the overall workforce.
