I have been working at Campus Door full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people that work there are friendly.

Not for the forward thinking person. If you are a code-monkey that likes monotonous tasks this is for you. Employees are not valued.

    Advice to Management

Hold your breath and hope the government gives life support to credit markets (think Bear Stearns, Freddie and Fannie, U.S. Auto industry?)

I worked at Campus Door full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

One can have a high amount of confidence in the managers and plenty of respect shown back for employees. Overall it is a pleasant environment and affords work-life balance that is fitting for its industry.

    Cons

Fast growth in a rocky industry leads to uncertainty and a lot of change. Stability has been managed despite the ups and downs as best as is possible.

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow and develop talent. Reward and develop top performers. Continue to keep a fun atmosphere.
