I worked at Campus Vacations for less than a year

    Pros

This job had a lot of flexibility, i learned a lot, and got to work with some great people. The team was all people I knew on campus which made it fun.

    Cons

At times it could be difficult to communicate with other members of the campus rep team. There was a Facebook group, but it often went unchecked

    Advice to Management

establish a better means of communication for the campus team to ensure that everyone is in the loop.

I worked at Campus Vacations for less than a year

      Pros

If you are driven and motivated to sell and make money this position is right for you. You control how much you work, and therefore whether you make sales. You hire your own team, and you promote in your own way. Can be a good leadership experience.

      Cons

Not given much if any guidance or resources.

I have been working at Campus Vacations for more than a year

      Pros

Very lax about how to sell and market, but it looks good on resume as the campus marketing manager if you actually do well.

      Cons

poor pay and poor system adopted this year for all managers. No more free trips, so much less motivations to do well.
