    Positive Outlook

I worked at Canada Dry Motts full-time

    Pros

I really enjoyed the climate and people. Management was great as well. I learned a lot and was mentored daily. Logistics was well run

    Cons

No room for advancement and the salary was a little low for the amount of work done. Had to work over time to get things finished

    Advice to Management

I would spend more time investing in the employees instead of the little perks. An increase in salary would be better than the perks of tickets or events.

I have been working at Canada Dry Motts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Able to work on big brands with access to US R&D. Regularly bought lots of quality research, which helped inform our brand strategy and performance

    Pros

great brands - some Canadian only
small company but which is a subsidiary of a larger US company
    fosters team environment
    competitive salary

    Cons

benefits and other perks seem to be reduced year after year
would like a more flexible view towards hours that are kept

    Advice to Management

wish we had the ability to telecommute or more flexible view towards hours. Some people who get to work "late" actually accomplish more than those "on - time" but that isn't recognized.

    Pros

    Great people.
Opportunity to develop and execute your own strategies.
    Collaborative atmosphere.
    Recognized Brands.
It is a good blend of a small company (over 80 employees in Canada) and a large one (being part of Dr Pepper Snapple Group).

    Cons

Some areas are predominantly US based (like HR, Finance and Supply).
DPS Board and Executive Leadership team mainly integrate by US people.

    Advice to Management

Flex time would be an important benefit not only for current employees but also to attract new talent.
Team strong orientation to results and drive will deliver corporate goals.
