  1. "Six months review"

I have been working at Canada Life full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Variety of work. In my first six months I have been copywriting for literature, online and Press Release, creating presentations and working with internal designers and an external agency. If you show enthusiasm, you get the opportunity to try new things and share your experience with others.

    Cons

I used to get 29 days holiday, but otherwise the employee benefit package is very good.

I have been working at Canada Life full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing benefits for vision care, health and dental. The wellness account gives you the opportunity to stay healthy and active. Small, intimate team, not a "call centre" atmosphere, very friendly colleagues, plenty of opportunities to advance in the company and further your education while still working full time.

    Cons

Long days in a small office. Work/Life balance is a downside. If you don't like the idea of a 9-5 cubicle job, this isn't for you.

I worked at Canada Life full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, e.g. health insurance, pension, fair pay, opportunities for training
    Great atmosphere
    Good work-life balance

    Cons

Perhaps as with a lot of big companies, decisions took a long time to bet made, whether about promotions or other changes. This could be a bit frustrating.
