    Pros

Working at Canada Post has its benefits. Working full time or part time makes you a permanent employee which will be compensated at $19 with annual dollar raise. Also have benefits of health, dental and disability

    Cons

As a temporary employee you will be called daily for the job given there is work to be done. They call at 5-3 hours in advance before the working day. You only work 5 hours and its very random when they call.

    Advice to Management

Management is pretty well done at Canada Post. Most of the leaders know what they are doing and find solutions in a timely manner.
