I have been working at Canada Revenue Agency full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Fantastic work environment if you get a good team leader to work for. Excellent benefits and vacation time and pension. Flex time and compressed time work weeks. Co-workers are all very good.

    Cons

Too much red tape in the public service. Not enough room for creativity as all work must be done exactly the same to ensure consistency.
