    - Friendly work environment, supervisor is really nice and pays attention to you.
    - Lots of lunch activities and department interactions

    - A very loose work environment, sometimes there isn't any supervision

    Pros

    CNRL takes care of their employees, competitive wages, good Engineering Co-op program. Field work is fun, coworkers are (mostly) fun and willing to teach.

    Cons

    Company's priority on cost savings can make some task/getting parts difficult but has resulted in their success.
