    Pros

    A great place to learn if you are willing to put in the time. The general manager is a veteran in the field with tons of knowledge to pass on.

    Cons

    There are peak seasons and down seasons, so your schedule and hours can fluctuate due to the nature of the grain transport business.

    - Good place to work if you hate being home - You get some kind of pay to live at work

    Cons

    - NEUS Superintendent hates Disabled Vets and goes out of his way to insult them - Wage Theft is rampant - Complete lack of union representation

    Pay, benefits, railroad retirement, 401k

    Cons

    Horrible management. Tey never enforce the rules as they are written, rather they enforce their interpretation of the rules. They re define words in order to fit their agenda. They will lie cheat and steal in order to follow the orders given to them by their superiors.
