    Cons

    - Poor management
    - disorganized
    - lunch break is too short
    - unrealistic requests by the GM

    Advice to Management

The schedules are always disorganized. I think each of the supervisors/managers for each department should be in charge of scheduling their employees rather than the GM.

I worked at Canadian Tire full-time

    Pros

Great family of employees to work with, social club is great, cake for birthdays at least once a month and other events that bring the staff together. Helps each other out builds relationships.

    Cons

Girls don't get paid as much as guys, even if they do the same work, climbing the ladder. Main complaint. Employees come and go here cos of tourism so they need to value their long term staff.

    Advice to Management

Pay scale should be equal for both sexes, long term employees should be valued.
