I worked at Cancer Research UK part-time

    Pros

Working on all aspects of the shop floor developed my people skills, as in my area many people walk in with an unpleasant mood. Management was kind and showed me how to handle these complaints and troubled customers. Got me to handle a lot of different task around the shop. Lot of experience gained from my short time in the branch. Very laid-back environment

    Cons

Somewhat disorganized structure. Many times my role switched.

    Advice to Management

Keep the environment friendly and laid back, but have more structure and assigned roles to help meet those targets.
