    Pros

Nice people, good way to gain skills. Can learn how to stock, use tills, customer service and feel good about yourself that you are helping others. Good way of finding items in a charity shop before they go on shop floor

    Cons

mainly old people who work there who do not know how to use the till even if they have been working there years, so young people are usually stuck on the till all day, not too bad if you do not mind this

    Advice to Management

cant think of anything, it was fine , a great experience volunteering there. I advise anyone to volunteer at a charity as some point in their lives. This one is good.
