I worked at CancerCare Manitoba full-time

    Pros

The staff are devoted to their patients and the patients' families.

    Cons

Healthcare in general is not set-up to run effectively as a large organization. It runs as a bunch of individual clinics as opposed to an integrated system.

    Advice to Management

Spend time and effort on keeping your staff engaged.
