Pros
Google in the Caribbean. Company Chef preps healthy lunch and dinner. Fun, energetic staff, intelligent & strategic management. After nearly two years at this company, I can say it is an excellent place for professionals to excel.
Cons
If you don't iike working in a fun, energetic workplace with a private chef a few steps from the Caribbean sea, then this place is not for you. Otherwise, For the rest of us, it's just a great place to work.

Pros
Offices are in the beautiful US Virgin Islands. Friendly co-workers, and plenty of interesting work to do. Growing company, room for upward mobility.
Cons
Extremely thrifty owners, high employee turnover, low employee morale. An uneven pay structure and inter-employee transparency re: salary contributes to dissatisfaction.

Pros
Empowers employees to motivate changes. Active founders to help give context for prior decisions and motivate larger projects. Great location of office in downtown. Free lunch and breakfast (on-site kitchen with chef). It’s an island.
Cons
It’s an island. Location can be tough. Island culture can be difficult. Distance to family can be difficult. Small staff, lots to do not enough people to get it done.
