    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Cannon Equipment full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Cannon seems to be on the right track. After a change from the old owners to the new ones, which was very painful, they seem to be growing and much more financially stable. In the old world we went through several slow periods with no business and layoffs. After the transition to Marmon, they really cut a lot of staff. At the time it seemed like a slash and burn for profit, but it actually helped the business a lot. Since then management has done a very good job of winning big customer orders, growing revenue and profit, keeping us informed, and treating us well (we even just got a bonus, something I had never seen before). They've even been investing more in the business, something they didn't do for years. I can actually see a strong future with this company if they keep it up.

    Cons

They still could do a better job of sharing the wealth with employees. Raises are still small given how well we hear the company is doing.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! Moral is improving and the company seems to be growing again. it feels good for a change, don't screw it up.
