    Good product mix with production print and wide format.

    Cons

    Service struggles with same day fixes not having parts on hand.

    Pros

    Decent benefits, year end bonus and yearly salary increment

    Cons

    no motivation. managers don't know how to motivate staff. salary is quite low. even the company is in singapore, there are many japanese and try to penetrate japanese work culture. Depends on the department, long work hours. some department can be bit flexible but most of the part, there is no flexibility. you have to clock in 8:30AM sharp and if you are late for few times(even on min) you will get a warning letter....

    Advice to Management

    please change the work flow system, there are so many waste on work flow process. Try to be more localized. Encourage work/life balance. Train more managers level to manage staff well, current managers doent know how to manage people. service is quite bad.
