    Multicultural environment, looks good on your CV

    Cons

    Low salary, no career progression. Promotions are mainly based personal relationships and obvious a.. kissing.

    Impossible to advise anything, wont listen anyway.

    Depending on your manager you might be able to work from home or not.
    Very old and traditional way of management.

    Pros

    People is a core asset: friendliness is a general quality.
    Work / Life balance is perfected.
    Interesting challenges.
    Great exposure to local business practices.

    Cons

    Working in a multinational environment can be challenging, specially if you are not used to it (it may take a while, but the environment is friendly, so it is really up to you).
    Not many perks / benefits.
    Depending on the area, your workload can fluctuate.

    Reaction times are a bit slow and some areas require more skilled people. The re organisation was definitely needed.

    Pros

    Struggling to think of any ? If your field based it can be interesting meeting the customers and listening to the vast majority of them complaining about administrative back office inefficiency.

    Cons

    The right arm & left arm are totally out of sync with one another it's embarrassingly unreal at times. Management are totally out of touch with its workforce & do not listen to their key performing staff.

    Advice to Management

    Wake-up ! Your loosing good staff out of frustration with your inept, outdated & frankly 'blinkered' management trends.
