    Pros

Good benefits, great co-workers and manager, manage your own territory

    Cons

To many quotas, five to meet each month that is somewhat impossible. Upper management should ride with the tech for an eye opener.

    Advice to Management

Let the techs do their job, to many phone calls not making stats

    Pros

New technology teaches many things as Canon is bringing new services to India.
Very good service response and resolution in customer issues.
Good product training teams for easy understanding of products and services
Good care of employees education, health...
    Great CSR activities

    Cons

Growth is very slow. Need wait people to move different roles.
Managers will take things into personal and try to show bossiness in to show that are great.
Senior managers crib in from of younger team / new joined they were not given promotion's.
No freedom to explore new ideas. Manager will have his own rule of working
People cannot digest if jr.team approach Sr. manager for any support.. manager feel that he bypass him to get senior managers Credit
Only operations teams / technical teams have given opportunity for on-site work

    Advice to Management

Give priority to performers and Sr management should directly have check with sales team about work and career growth

Career growth should be clear when teams are performing.

Salaries / hikes to be equal with competition companies unlike other OEM's.
