    Pros

    Great company and brand. Excellent management, peers, and solid, reliable product line. Opportunity to make a significant income. Great benefits and level of autonomy (as long as you are producing).

    Cons

    Not much to say here, other than base salary could be always be increased. Sales automation and integration can be vastly improved to make order processing more streamlined, efficient, and simplified. Integrate SFDC with Order Entry. This industry is a competitive landscape, but this understandably comes with the market.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. Allow more flexibility in the pricing for unique situations. Consider improvements and investing more in salesforce automation processes.

    A good environment, micromanagement free.

    Cons

    Pay could be better. A lot of behind the back type chatter. Employee are sometime disregarded vs. supported.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, pay what they are worth and you will decrease the turn-over.

    Everything else about the company and its management. Absolutely terrible corporate culture.

    Expecting Americans to give up everything just to work for "Canon" is naive and arrogant.

    37.7 Hour work weeks, Great Pay, Easy job to perform.

    Cons

    Needs to be more challenging. Only 17 vacation days

    The overall environment has improved 100% in 2018 . Keep looking for ways to motivate the work force and look for ways to make it a little fun work environment

    Everything's bad about it nasty people rude ignorant of noxious management verbally abusive prejudice childish behavior whiny vindictive cry babies
