I worked at Canon Solutions America full-time

    Pros

I made some lifetime friends there and for that I am grateful. Other than that I have very few positive thoughts about the company.

    Cons

Most of management has no idea what it's like to work at these sites and the ones that do turn a blind eye. They will allow you to take on more duties to increase the contract value and/or extend it, but are not really interested in paying you a fair wage in return for your efforts.

    Advice to Management

Stop forcing ridiculous amounts of training that benefits a small percentage of the staff and actually work to make their lives better. Do this and maybe more people would stay!

I have been working at Canon Solutions America full-time

    Pros

    Great team at my level.

    Cons

Company tends to put the business before the people; maybe it's just who I work for and the next couple layers up.

    Pros

Having success here can lead to better sales roles

    Cons

Somewhat poor management depending on the branch. If you a self starter and do not need a lot of focus or mentorship you will do fine.

I have been working at Canon Solutions America full-time

    Pros

    Great benefits, health, dental, vision
    Amazing company

    Cons

Selling 36/48/60 month leases means a minimum of 3 years before you start seeing repeat sales, in other words lots of acquisitions (harder) at the start
