    Pros

    Good benefits and good environment to work in. Able to work at your own pace.

    Cons

    There is no room for growth. Not much appreciation for going above and beyond. They hardly even recognize you. Everyone is given the same generic title but does different jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate and recognize your employees more often because they are the back bones of your operation.

    Lowering operating costs by hiring temps and offshoring jobs.

    Add sustainable value instead of quarterly headcount cost reductions

    still riding on the Oce name....but losing customers in drove

    leadership too busy managing up at all levels...covering their backend...not making decisions

    Health insurance benefits are good.

    Cons

    Terrible internal communication
    Lots of gossip
    Leadership is clueless on strategies and lacks experience
    Most of the good reps have quit

    Advice to Management

    None. They don't listen when we talk with them.

    They are more concerned with covering up for their mistakes and blaming people who don't work here anymore. It wouldn't make a difference if the entire management team was replaced because it's a company culture issue.
