    Pros

    Great company and brand. Excellent management, peers, and solid, reliable product line. Opportunity to make a significant income. Great benefits and level of autonomy (as long as you are producing).

    Cons

    Not much to say here, other than base salary could be always be increased. Sales automation and integration can be vastly improved to make order processing more streamlined, efficient, and simplified. Integrate SFDC with Order Entry. This industry is a competitive landscape, but this understandably comes with the market.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. Allow more flexibility in the pricing for unique situations. Consider improvements and investing more in salesforce automation processes.

    Very little if no support from HR or senior management when dealing with difficult people..

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach. HR is terrible

    They have Good benefits plan options. Great training program. and the company is growing even though the industry is not

    Cons

    Base pay could be better. There is some turn over like any sales job. Expensing things can be difficult at times.

    Please invest more in advertising

    Pros

    Employees are great to work with.

    Cons

    Operations managers do not side with you even when client sites are ethnically wrong. Ops managers main concern is lasting business with the client. There is very low growth within this field. Low wage increase every year, average increase in salary is less than 50 cents per year.

    Advice to Management

    Mandatory training CSA offers is great, however, there is hardly any vertical growth within the field. Client should rate their site representative performances every year. It is unfair for Ops manager to rate site representatives when they are not at the clients site everyday to see your performance and development. Even if site representative does exceptional work, the most rating Ops manager gives is 3 stars (average) out of 5 stars, which translates to less salary increase at the end.

    Pros

    Pay & benefits are very good compared to bare bones high deductible plans typically offered. 401k match good.

    Cons

    Very, very poor logistics. Inter-managerial communication between departments is non existent. Non-aligned department goals leads to internal conflicts.

    Advice to Management

    Tighten up messy dealer program. Make direct channel more competitive. Align departmental goals so they drive revenue. Do not accept short-term corner cutting in place of long term growth. Reduce rediculously thick bureaucracy to spur creative entrepreneural growth.
