    Pros

    Great Products, Insurance, PTO. Like my co workers. Decent culture. Software used to put together pricing is excellent. Recognition awards and spiffs. Overall a good company to work for.

    Cons

    Endless meetings and metrics for tasks to complete. Impossible to meet the metrics because of so many meetings about meeting your metrics. LOL I'm not kidding.
    Very separated departments so very difficult to process an order once you get it. Support staff is very overworked. Everything comes back to sales to fix when we don't have the systems to see the order after it's input. Support staff changes frequently and they seem unqualified. Paperwork comes back for changes and the sent back again to undo changes. Great when things go right but if something is wrong almost impossible to fix. Poor internal process. They ask for input but then it goes into a black hole till the meeting next week when they ask the same questions again. Very inflexible risk adverse company.

    Advice to Management

    Need to focus on customer service rather than the squeezing every penny out of the clients.

    Learn the difference between Management and Leadership. Lots of managers here (too many) No leaders. Big difference.

    Pros

    Good benefits and OT. Everyone here is friendly but that really depends on where you are working at. The warehouse is up front and honest amongst each other

    Cons

    No growth unless you move to their hq in new jersey. Everything gets repetitive quick and theyre are days you may have to work on Saturday towards the end of the month

    Good Comp plan, Easy products to sell, and good upper management help on sales.

    Cons

    Poor pricing compared to competition. Useless meetings non-stop.

    Pros

    At my level the only reason is salary. There is opportunity to be involved with many projects and so much fixing of things allows you to have a well rounded resume.

    Cons

    Closed minded, people working there for so many years and they know no other way, intimidation to conform. I feel like I am being used for my skills and abilities with no career path. I have been there almost a decade but I'm just waiting in line behind a bunch of others.

    Advice to Management

    If you treat employees like robots that is what you will get. No new innovative ideas or thinking outside of the box will happen.

    Management is god awful, favoritism is what Canon is known for, growth is based on how much you can kiss butt,

    Advice to Management

    Stop picking favorites, stop telling your employees "im too busy" to assist with their needs because you have a "busy schedule". News flash, your a supervisor/manager because your SUPPOSE to DO ALL OF THAT NO PROBLEM. More team meetings, stop making your employees feel like they never do anything right.
