    Nice people to work with and you are left alone.

    Cons

    The top sales person only makes 10k more then the bottom person. You can't make a lot of money here. It is for people who just like a salary. Comp is the worst .

    Advice to Management

    Sales people are motivated by money or time off ,not pop corn paper clip holders cereal or Gatorade.

    Good amount of paid time off.

    Pay
    No growth even though they say there is.
    Work is the same thing over and over.
    People who do nothing all day are treated the same as people who work really hard and get 5 times as much done.
    NO HEADPHONES!!!

    Advice to Management

    For upper management and VPs stop acting like everyone is replaceable and start valuing the people who are actually working and doing a good job.

    Good medical benefits and vacation time

    Cons

    Corporation politics and layoffs too often

    Advice to Management

    Be a team player. Treat employees better, with respect. Don't only think about cutting costs with employee layoffs. Quit sending out useless mailers and toy incentives
