    Pros

    Good benefits and competitive pay.

    Cons

    Unreasonable expectations. In my experience the management made decisions that effected my performance in a very negative way. If you like being micro managed then this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    None. They absolutely will not listen.

    Pros

    - Mostly nice smart and good people but varies wildly from department and cubicle farm. My particular cubicle farm had some nasty people but was not the norm.
     - Beautiful building.

    Cons

    - Was sold that I'd be working for Canon USA but CSA is Canon in name only. Very deceptive hiring practice and didn't really know what I was getting in to until it was too late. CSA works in the same building as CUSA yet is very often treated like a lesser entity. A big part of my job was trying to work cross-departmentally with CUSA, but was made exceedingly difficult when most higher ups at CUSA value external vendors more highly than the company working in the same building sharing the same name.

    Pros

    Nice co-workers. We worked together to learn how to take care of our customers through cooperative notes and instant messaging.

    Cons

    Poor building - poor management - bring your own chairs, toilet paper would run out, Manager was behind locked door all day and we could not contact him until he left for the day.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management lied to us about the temporary nature of our job. After we merged an acquired company in with Canon - they canned all of us.

    Good place to start in sales, nice training program. Can. Learn all about the sales process.

    Cons

    Hours can be
    Long and very competitive, nature if the industry though.

    Advice to Management

    Have a little more faith in your reps.

    Pros

    Co-workers were cool and they give benefits on the first day. The company culture is a little weird but if you are straight out of college you may benefit with the Canon name on your resume.

    Cons

    The supervisors and upper management are overworked, bitter and tend to be very rude. Think twice before applying ...you may be better of elsewhere that pays twice as much.

    Great opportunity to make money and grow as a professional. You get out of this career exatly what you put into it. Benefits are also top notch!

    Cons

    Some branch meetings are boring and pointless. You will always find things you don't like.
