Canterbury College has wonderful students. BYOT is very effective
Cons
There is not support alot of support from management including the Curriculum Cooridnators. Lesson outlines for the week are emailed out the night before teaching often late at in the afternoon and then must be followed. There are alot of late nights and early mornings that are expected. Curriculum deliveryis outdated they just reuse outlines instead of reinvigorating curriculum to keep it excitiing. One student in my year 7 class took an exam this week that she said her sister did the same one 5 years ago... very slack. School broke away from anglican schools group - EB bargining has been drawn out and is still in progress. There is alot of staff bullying that occurs
