    Pros

If you want to get experience working in the medical management field this is the place for you . They have everyone doing 3-4 people jobs . So you will learn everything .

    Cons

overworked , poor upper management ..no support ... everyone works on productions .. if you are not producting you will be out .. benefits a terrible considering this company is owned by tenet corp.

I have been working at Cap Management Systems (CMS) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Ability to work from home, mostly nice coworkers, free coffee and water (everything else you pay for even parking)

    Cons

    Multiple rounds of layoffs.
Upper-level management doesn't want to change its ways.
Consistently thinking short-term instead of long-term.
    Benefits not so great.
Some people in management are extremely rude. Very disappointing.
IT is overwhelmed. Most departments are extremely overworked and running very lean.

    Advice to Management

To be blunt, either they need to change the way they do things specially from amongst themselves by hiring a coach or they need to be removed. Otherwise I doubt the company will go very far.

I worked at Cap Management Systems (CMS) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Interesting issues to deal with on the front line of managed care.

    Cons

Company does not value employees. Poor opportunities for personal growth. Challenging work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

Employees would do a better job with some positive reinforcement. Constance push to improve the numbers
    is discouraging.
