If you are a consultant, you get good commission.
Low pay for non-consultants, and nepotism. This place has a pretty big turnover rate. Out of an office of about 30ish people they will fire about 5 per year. You get about 5 days vacation per year which are undocumented.
Advice to Management
Share the wealth, give some of your consultants better clients (stop hogging all the big institutional clients) and promote a friendly work environment without all the office animosity. Stop being cheap with your non-consultant employees. Get rid of the trouble makers or firecrackers who come in with up and down moods.
