I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some interesting projects and good teams to work on. Lots of interesting people to talk to and learn from if they actually have time to teach.

    Cons

Too many politics and issues with certain teams. The lack to career development and planning is very bad. An extremely reactive culture that tends to just freeze when crisis hits.

    Advice to Management

Motivate the people and actually pay them well to do their job. You can't always rely on your Indian offshore team for help.

    Pros

Some people in the company are nice and will help you with thing. Workload is okay but at certain intervals extremely demanding

    Cons

More diversity and less Indian heavy teams. Focus more on the people rather than the numbers and profit.
